This high-level event will explore some of the key new job opportunities and labour market needs associated with the clean energy transition, as well as skills training programmes and broader just transition policies to prepare and empower people, governments, companies and social partner organisations for the upcoming changes.

Panellists will draw on recent experiences and local good practice examples in their own country to illustrate some of the key findings from “Skills development and inclusivity for the clean energy transition”, a new IEA report developed in collaboration with the CEM Empowering People Initiative launched at this occasion.
