Hossa is a Fellow at KAPSARC. She served as T20 Sherpa under the Saudi G20 presidency and was lead co-chair of the T20 task force on sustainable energy, water and food. Hossa previously was on the faculty of the University of Wilfrid Laurier. Her research develops models studying the policy impact on economies, sustainable development and wealth accounting; enabling policymakers to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions to improve sustainable practices. She has published numerous peer-reviewed publications. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in applied operations research from University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s in business administration from King Abdulaziz University.
