Jennifer shapes electricity policy to scale up cost-effective clean energy. She has testified before Congress and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Previously, Jennifer led electricity policy work at Duke University’s Nicholas Institute. At the Natural Resources Defense Council, she spearheaded coalition advocacy for efficient power systems. She has worked with electricity customer and renewable energy groups as an independent consultant and began her energy career at FERC. Jennifer earned a J.D. from New York University and a Physics Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. She serves on the U.S. Department of Energy Electricity Advisory Committee.
