Jordan Palmeri is a Scientist and Senior Policy Analyst in the Materials Management Program at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, where he coordinates projects around the built environment, life cycle assessments, and procurement. Jordan works to reduce the embodied carbon of building materials through policy, research, technical assistance, and pilot projects. He also co-leads the Portland Hub of the Carbon Leadership Forum.
