Soledad (Sol) Reeve is a Senior Advisor at Natural Resources Canada. Sol has practiced green procurement for fifteen years. She has developed environmental policy and procedures in all major procurement categories. Sol also helped British Columbia’s Climate Action Secretariat develop an incentive program to encourage BC’s cement companies to meet or beat new emission intensity benchmarks. Most recently she is exploring how to account for life cycle carbon emissions in the public procurement process.  Sol is a Member of Canada’s 2019 Clean50 Award in the public sector category, and the inaugural winner of Clean50’s Sustainable Procurement Award.
